Cancellations and more

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the price of the service they were receiving. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, their session time may be shortened accordingly to prevent delays for other clients. Full payment will still be required for the original booking length.
